Usage
Template:Talk header is used at the top of talk pages to remind users of basic talk page rules:
- To sign and date their posts using four tildes like this: ~~~~
- Put new threads after old threads
- That is, add new threads to the bottom of the talk page
- Add new comments after old comments within threads
- That is, add new comments to the bottom of existing threads
- Direction for new users to w:Help:Talk page
- Reminder of three wiki principles:
- Be polite
- Assume good faith
- Be welcoming
Syntax
Type {{Talk header}} at the very top of a talk page, after any protection templates and before any other templates.
