AddUserRightsTag ajoute un bouton à l'en-tête du profil utilisateur pour changer les droits d'un utilisateur. Il ne peut être vu que des administrateurs et bureaucrates. Le bouton mène vers Spécial:Permissions avec le nom d'utilisateur.
