AddBlockUserTag ajoute un bouton pour l'en-tête d'un profil utilisateur afin de pouvoir le bloquer. Il ne s'affichera que pour les personnes faisant partie des groupes Administrateurs, Modérateurs globaux de discussions, SOAP, Assistants et Staff.
