Hey,
Maybe the deletion reason was inappropriate, sorry for that.
There's still no real reason to move that script to Dev Wiki. I'm still active on Dev Wiki, and if you want to request changes to the script, you can ask me. Most users already have the script imported from my wiki. Additionally, duplicating code is a terrible practice.

Second, regarding your edits to this page, do Belarusian, Russian, and Ukrainian behave like Polish and change to another plural form on the 5th hour/month/year? NavboxBuilder: nowy parametr

Hej.

Przed chwilą dodałem nowy parametr do NavboxBuildera, który pozwala na ustawienia domyślnego stanu dla wszystkich nagłówków. Oczywiście wymaga to przetłumaczenia samego parametru i nowej sekcji w dokumentacji. Jako, że stworzyłeś listy i dokumentację dla ukraińskiego i białoruskiego, oraz wprowadziłeś pomniejsze modyfikacje w rosyjskim, byłbym wdzięczny jakbyś przetłumaczył te dwie rzeczy na te języki. W dokumentacji dwa punkty się powtarzały, więc skopiowałem je z poprzedniej sekcji. Chodzi ogólnie o parametr header_state:

Whom to Ask for Coding Help

Hi.

I've been a user on Wikia for some time now, but I'm technically new to this wiki. In case you're wondering how I found you, I was looking at the JavaScript page for a wiki I'm using as a sandbox for my templates to be associated with a future wiki of mine, in which what was in the "import" part of the code led me to here.

I'm trying to code one of my templates so that it would function like a character template on Biosector01 (like this, for example). When I tried it out myself, I got an error saying something about an "expression error". this should prove my point. I remember bringing this up to Community Central, one of them something about "custom JavaScript", and I think I've found what I was looking for in Biosector's JavaScript and CSS source pages.

In the meantime, I've asked the founder of the LionHeartKIng Wiki if I could be given temporary admin status so that I could modify the wiki's CSS and JavaScript pages for these kinds of testing purposes; I have yet to hear from him, as he said he'd have to discuss it with the wiki's other admins. Again, I don't know if you're the person I should ask, but I would like to know the following:

  1. What should I do if I want to make a JavaScript article to be imported onto an external wiki?
  2. What should that article be called?
  3. On LHK'S JavaScript page, the default code for importing is "w:c:dev:UserTags/code.js". What should be replaced in order to have it function properly?

  1. In order to import JavaScript article to another wiki, you need to enter in MediaWiki:ImportJS page following: 
    dev:YourScriptName/code.js
  2. Page with code of your script: MediaWiki:YourScriptName/code.js If you want to add i18n translations for your script, then you can also create a page: MediaWiki:Custom-YourScriptName/i18n.json.
  3. importArticle({type:'script', article:'w:c:dev:UserTags/code.js'}); must be replaced by importScriptPage('UserTags/code.js', 'dev'); or you can add a dev:UserTags/code.js to your wiki's MediaWiki:ImportJS page.

Hello, I saw you're the person who originally translated the be/ru/uk documentation page; I was just hoping you could update the HTTPS section. The main thing is that wikia.com links should be changed to fandom.com, since even though they redirect the wikia.com links still count as HTTP (and once the script the wiki is run on becomes fandom.com, it will also become an HTTPS page). ☙Fewfre​☎ 🔎 K​🧀​19:36 Sun, 17 Mar 2019
