I suppose something went wrong when you copied the template code and pasted it over. It shouldn't include any <code> or <nowiki> tags. The code is simply:

<includeonly>{{#invoke:MobileSpoiler|main}}</includeonly>

Also get rid of any extra spaces or linebreaks in the template code.
