ThemeToggler

I noticed that you recently published ThemeToggler, which is very similar in functionality to my script, ThemeSwitcher. There have been multiple wiki staff that have agreed that having two scripts that provide essentially the same functionality is not necessary, so I think it would be in our best interest to combine the two scripts. I think a good solution would be for you to add any extra functionality your script had to ThemeSwitcher, and then add yourself as an author, so that there is only one script with all the features, but if you have different ideas you can let me know. After looking at it further, I think that the simplest solution would be to actually just get rid of ThemeSwitcher in favor of ThemeToggler. Although ThemeSwitcher is currently much lighter than ThemeToggler, I was already planning on importing WDSIcons to add a saving feature similar to what ThemeToggler has already done, so this wouldn't have mattered soon anyways. If you don't mind, I would like to make a few small changes to ThemeToggler that I had been meaning to make to ThemeSwitcher, too.
