Thoughts
Despite the script claiming "Clicking it opens the reply editor prefilled with the original poster's username and a quoted excerpt of their message." this doesn't seem to be the case. When I pressed the reply feature it added a "Reply to @original poster's username" with the quoted excerpt below, but you have to manually remove the "Reply to @original poster's username" because otherwise it gets added into the reply. As in, if you hit "Reply" to get the quote excerpt and wrote "I agree with that." it would read as "Reply to @original poster's username I agree with that." with the quoted excerpt below it. I wonder if there's a way to bake the original person's username into the quoted reply section, above the wording itself, in italics, while also placing it above so that any reply that's been written is automatically under the quoted excerpt. • MJLogan95 • Message Wall • Contributions 18:58, 31 May 2026 (UTC)
