RedesignCCMainpage revamps Community Central's main page design to diminish the usage of borders and changing the background color of the boxes, adjusting accordingly to the wiki's theme.
Note: Usage intended exclusively on official Community Centrals that are maintained by staff and/or local active Community Central admins, since the main page code may change at any given moment.
