Hi guy, its Emperor Jarjarkine who's talking. I am administrator of the french community. I was wondering if it was possible to block someone from the forum like, hum if he was not able to come back in the  forum for a time that the administrator would decide. I don't think it's possible to ban someone from forum only...If he is a vandal on forum, I advise you to ban him from the whole wiki for a period of time, because he risque de faire des bêtises ailleurs aussi ;) Sinon demande conseil à Wyz...

I have to side with Hulothe here. If a frequent vandal plaques the forums, the best solution is to block their account from the wiki; implementing access restrictions for the forums can easily be bypassed if the vandal moves to other namespaces. If the account has legitimate contributions—apart from the malignant forum edits—you should warn them on their message wall/user talk page, and block if the warnings were not heeded.
