BringExternalLinkIconsBack, as the name suggests, brings back the external link icons that Fandom had removed with the introduction of the UCP.
All links that do not lead to a Fandom wiki (e.g., https://community.fandom.com/), or are clamped in a plainlinks classed tag, receives this icon next to the link.
