<p>Turns out the installation template had an incorrect value, which I fixed. Try copying the
@import statement again, and see if it works for you now.

<p>Yeah, that fixed it... someone might want to grep through the import statements for missing <tt>MediaWiki:</tt>... TBH I should have seen this, but I was lazy.
